De laatste paar jaar werd ik steeds meer geintresseerd om mijn kennis van handwerken te delen.
Dit bleef rond borrelen in mijn hoofd en ik ging met mezelf op onderzoek uit wat ik er mee wou doen.
Afgelopen week resulteerde dit in het geven van een workshop in naaldbinden!
En nu ga ik ook nog eens over 2 weken voor de eerste keer zelf op een klein lokaal festival staan!
Voorbereidingen zijn in volle gang, waaronder foto’s nemen voor publicatie.
Dit is een van die foto’s.
Dus potjandosie Ik denk dat Freubelkist vanaf nu een niet alleen meer online te vinden is!
Dit was het laatste bericht dat ik op instagram plaatste voor ik begon met dit blog.
Daarmee is dit ook de laatste “Uit de oude kist”!
Uiteraard ga ik door met de reguliere berichten.

From the archive chest: Beginning of the big adventure

In the last couple of years I’ve found myself wanting to let others enjoy the richness of (mainly) old yarny crafts by telling, demonstrating, and teaching about it.
I let this desire simmer and steep about in my mind to see if, and how I wanted to do this.
Last week it resulted in giving a nålbinding wokshop that was very successful. Yay!!!
And now THIS is als happening!
In two weeks time I’ll be exhibiting my own craft at a local festival for the first time!
Preparations are in full swing, and I needed a picture for official publication.
So here it is!
So WOW I guess Freubelkist is now a professional entity!
This was the last thing I posted on instagram before I started this blog.
